Delivery & Collection
Delivery
UK Standard Delivery is £3.90
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. You will receive an email with tracking information once your parcel has been despatched. Please allow 3/4 working days
Click and Collect
You can use our free click and collect service online which allows you to collect from us directly. Please allow 2-3 working days. You will receive an email once it is ready to collect.
Our address is 10 Chestnut Drive, Ashurst, Southampton SO40 7DW. The shop opening hours are by arrangement. Please contact me for collection. We are closed Sunday and Bank holidays.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can always use the contact us button for any return questions. Please be aware that any returned items will be at your own cost. We do recommend using the Royal Mail Signed for service - please keep proof of posting.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions /non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically be refunded via your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
